HAW Associate Director Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director is a new position that will play a key role in supporting the Hmong Association of WA in executing key leadership, programmatic, fundraising, impact, and evaluation goals for the Hmong community in WA. While this position will require administrative tasks to start, there will be significant opportunity to be coached and mentored by the current Executive Director to lead the organization in six months as the next Executive Director. The person who takes on this role will also have a lot of room for creativity and can influence what systems and structures can be created for the entire organization to be successful.

- HAW Youth program
- The Covid-19 Outreach and Education program
- The Hmong Mental Health project
- The Hmong New Year and the Hmong Freedom Celebration annual events
- HAW’s major partnerships and collaborations with other communities and funders.
UCL Associate Director Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director is a new position that will play a key role in supporting the United Communities of Laos in executing key leadership, programmatic, fundraising, impact, and evaluation goals for the Hmong, Khmu and Lao communities in WA. While this position will require administrative tasks to start, there will be significant opportunity to be coached and mentored by the current Executive Director to lead the organization in six months as the next Executive Director. The person who takes on this role will also have a lot of room for creativity and can influence what systems and structures can be created for the entire organization to be successful.

UHD Associate Director Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, the UHD Associate Director is a new position that will play a key role in supporting the United Hmong with Disabilities in executing key leadership, programmatic, fundraising, impact, and evaluation goals for Hmong people with disabilities in the United States. While this position will require administrative tasks to start, there will be significant opportunity to be coached and mentored by the current Executive Director to lead the organization in six months as the next Executive Director. The person who takes on this role will also have a lot of room for creativity and can influence what systems and structures can be created for the entire organization to be successful.

- Program development around advocacy and disability justice to dismantle ableism in the Hmong community

Hmong Farm Manager Position
HAW is looking for a flexible, creative and passionate Farm Manager who thrives on wearing multiple hats, can take initiatives and work independently to join our small but growing team! This is a new full-time position, and an opportunity to directly and deeply impact the growth of the organization and the lives of Hmong farmers. The Farm Manager is responsible for managing the WA Hmong Farmers Cooperative for the Hmong flower and vegetable farmers in WA state. This position will work directly with HAW executive director, collaborative partners and the WA Hmong Farmers Cooperative to provide outreach and technical assistance in Hmong/English to Hmong farmers including but not limited to business planning, marketing, financial assistance, business coaching, navigating government resources and info on grants and loans. This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking over difficult terrain and on farm sites, lifting up to 50 lbs., occasional travel and frequent evening and weekend work.
